Synopsis:
It truly is a 1994 Hong Kong action comedy movie directed by Lee Lik Chi and Stephen Chow, an obvious spoof of James Bond films.
Following a giant dinosaur skull is stolen, the head of the Chinese secret police determines to delegate the case to the force’s most incompetent refuse: a rural butcher who stands around all day drinking martinis (shaken, not stirred). With a trunkload of insanely worthless gadgets plus a contact who always tries to kill him, the young representative must locate the skull to see just what is going on here.
