Synopsis:

Adapted from the biography of Ip Man – the grand master of the Wing Chun style of kung fu and sifu of celebrated kung fu star Bruce Lee. This film would be the first significant report of the master’s lifestyle. Ip’s consistent devotion to Wing Chun is really a classic case of the love and esteem shown to wushu as well as the independence and spirit it signifies. Ip Man is a notion, a spirit, a manner of thinking – and it exemplifies a fresh summit in Hong Kong’s wushu movies.
